Position: Labor & Employment Attorney Location: Glendale, CA | Los Angeles, CA Work Setting: Hybrid with Fully Remote options available Compensation: Up to $250k base About the Firm: Our client is a leading plaintiff-side employment law firm dedicated to protecting employee rights across California. The firm handles cases involving wage and hour violations, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and class actions. Position Overview: They are seeking a skilled and motivated Labor & Employment Attorney to join their Glendale team. The attorney will manage individual and class action employment cases from intake through resolution, working closely with a team of experienced litigators. Key Responsibilities: β’ Handle all phases of employment litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. β’ Represent plaintiffs in cases involving wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims. β’ Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and briefs, and manage case strategy. Qualifications: β’ J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership. β’ 3+ years of experience in employment litigation. β’ Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 β $250,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
