The Solution Architect β Data Engineering & Management will design modern data architectures, streamline data operations, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client value. Responsibilities β’ Design end-to-end data solutions, including data lakes, lakehouses, real-time streaming pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and data integration architectures β’ Ensure modularity, scalability, and interoperability for enterprise-wide data ecosystems across hybrid and multi-cloud environments β’ Build and optimize DataOps frameworks to improve pipeline automation, data quality, and observability β’ Collaborate with engineering teams to reduce data latency, optimize compute/storage costs, and ensure high availability and reliability β’ Implement data governance frameworks, including data lineage, cataloging, access controls, and quality metrics β’ Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001, and other relevant standards for privacy, security, and ethical data use β’ Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Delivery teams to craft data engineering solutions aligned with client needs β’ Support RFP responses, pricing models, and deal structuring with robust cost modeling and architecture justification β’ Lead client workshops, PoCs, and solution demonstrations to showcase TP.ai Data Services capabilities β’ Work with Finance and Product teams to develop pricing strategies based on cost-to-serve, consumption, and value-driven models for data platforms and managed services β’ Benchmark against industry pricing trends to ensure competitiveness β’ Stay at the forefront of emerging data technologies (orchestration frameworks like Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, data mesh architectures, AI-ready data pipelines) β’ Provide internal training and external advisory on data engineering best practices, modernization strategies, and ROI-driven data transformation β’ Engage with AI/ML, Security, Operations, and Trust & Safety teams to ensure integrated, compliant, and future-proof data environments Skills β’ Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. β’ 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise-scale data platform leadership. β’ Proven expertise in cloud-native data solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern data platforms (data lakes, lakehouses, streaming architectures). β’ Strong experience in ETL/ELT pipelines, orchestration frameworks, and data integration at scale. β’ Deep knowledge of data governance, compliance frameworks, and operationalizing enterprise data. β’ Track record of aligning data strategies to business outcomes, driving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and revenue enablement. β’ Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and client consulting, including PoCs, RFPs, and executive presentations. β’ Excellent stakeholder management, strategic consulting, and communication skills. β’ Hands-on experience with orchestration and workflow management tools (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect) and data mesh or fabric architectures. β’ Exposure to AI/ML data enablement (data curation, annotation pipelines, ML-ready datasets). β’ Familiarity with managed data services pricing, cost modeling, and optimization frameworks. β’ Industry expertise across Technology, BFSI, Retail, Gaming, or Healthcare verticals. β’ Thought leadership demonstrated via publications, speaking engagements, or patents in Data Engineering or Data Management.
