Vida is seeking a motivated Data Analyst to join the Business Intelligence and Healthcare Analytics team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams- including client success, clinical operations, marketing, product and the revenue operations- to translate member behavior into actionable strategies. This position offers direct collaboration with senior leadership and clear advancement opportunities. Experience in the telehealth/digital health space is highly valued. Responsibilities: β€’ Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytics solutions Conduct in-depth analysis of member journey analytics, product adoption patterns, engagement metrics and clinical outcomes across the member lifecycle. β€’ Support client reporting, including dashboards, presentations and custom analyses that drive strategic recommendations. β€’ Build and maintain cohort behavior tracking, funnel analyses and member segmentation frameworks to monitor member behavior and success metrics. β€’ Design and develop intuitive Looker dashboards that enable the Client Success team to track client and member outcomes through self-service analytics. β€’ Provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders through reports, presentations and ad hoc analyses. β€’ Develop comprehensive documentation and insights that empower teams to make data-driven decisions on spend, product roadmap and member experience optimization. β€’ Support analysis for product experiments and member journey optimization initiatives. β€’ Analyze product utilization patterns. Qualifications: β€’ 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or marketing analytics roles. β€’ Strong SQL proficiency- ability to write clean, efficient queries for complex member behavior analysis. β€’ Looker expertise- hands-on experience building dashboards, explores and LookML models. β€’ Marketing & product analytics experience - deep understanding of marketing attribution, conversion funnels, cohort analysis, member lifecycle analytics and product engagement metrics. β€’ Experience with healthcare claims data, understanding of HIPAA compliance and PHI handling in digital health contexts. β€’ Product analytics fundamentals including event tracking, feature adoption analysis, user segmentation and retention modeling. β€’ Experience analyzing digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, paid media platforms) and member engagement tools. β€’ Strong communication skills with ability to present member insights and marketing performance to cross-functional stakeholders. β€’ Experience working with product managers, marketing teams and technical teams to define metrics and tracking strategies. Preferred: β€’ Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics or related field. β€’ Familiarity with GCP services and BigQuery for large-scale member data analysis. β€’ Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar). β€’ Experience with GitHub and version control for analytics code. β€’ Knowledge of data transformation tools (DBT preferred). β€’ Experience with customer engagement platforms (Braze, Iterable, or similar). β€’ Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar). β€’ Knowledge of data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) as they relate to marketing and member data. β€’ Experience building external-client facing decks with clear visuals and summary statistics.
