Role: Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant Location: USA (Remote) Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens / Green Card Holders / Open Work Permit Compensation: $60/hr $90/hr USD Travel: Not Required This role is ideal for individuals looking to build deep expertise in Oracle ERP Financial modules while contributing to large-scale finance modernization initiatives across GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Reporting. We are offering a structured Training & Placement Program designed for professionals who want to build a successful career in Oracle Fusion Financials (Cloud ERP). Ideal Candidates May Have • Experience or exposure in Accounting, Finance Operations, Financial Systems, or ERP Support • Strong interest in Oracle Fusion Financials / Oracle Cloud ERP • Strong analytical skills, documentation abilities, and attention to detail • Ability to learn new systems, tools, and financial processes quickly Key Responsibilities • Assist in gathering, reviewing, and documenting finance business requirements related to Oracle Fusion Financial modules. • Analyze financial workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization. • Support configuration and setup activities in modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Expenses, under guidance from senior consultants. • Help maintain financial data accuracy, run reconciliations, prepare reports, and support audit activities. • Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, reports, and configuration workbooks. • Participate in testing cycles including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and quarterly Oracle updates. • Support end users by addressing inquiries, preparing training materials, and developing job aids. • Stay up to date with Oracle Fusion Financial Cloud updates and recommend enhancements to improve finance operations.
