Job Description: β’ As a Treasury Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our treasury management business by acquiring new clients, fostering deposit growth, and cultivating strong client relationships. β’ Your focus will be integral to the success of our Commercial Banking Division... β’ Your responsibilities will encompass a spectrum of sales functions, including crafting compelling sales proposals, generating proformas, preparing documentation, and providing essential technical support. β’ Moreover, you will ensure seamless integration and efficient onboarding of our products and services for clients. β’ This position demands a proactive approach to business development, coupled with meticulous attention to detail in servicing and supporting our clients' treasury management needs. β’ Your contributions will be instrumental in driving both revenue growth and client satisfaction within our organization. Requirements: β’ Minimum 5 years of experience in cash management, sales, and relationship management. β’ Proven track record in new business development, utilizing strong selling and negotiation skills. β’ Comprehensive understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management, and pricing strategies. β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. β’ Ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, external centers of influence (COIs), and consulting organizations. β’ Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills. β’ Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals as a top individual contributor.
