They are seeking a Recruiting Associate to manage candidate screening processes, including scheduling, conducting calls, and maintaining the applicant tracking system. Responsibilities β’ Schedule and conduct introductory screens for GTM, Product, Design, and Engineering roles β’ Evaluate candidates against defined competencies and role requirements β’ Capture detailed notes and produce clear, concise executive summaries β’ Make initial fit/no-fit recommendations β’ Respond to candidate emails and manage scheduling β’ Update the ATS immediately after every interaction and maintain clean, accurate pipelines β’ Submit complete candidate packets to clients, including summaries and documentation β’ Support multiple clients and searches simultaneously with strong operational discipline Skills β’ 2 to 5+ years of agency or RPO recruiting experience β’ Strong screening experience across GTM and technical roles β’ Excellent written communication and summary-writing ability β’ Strong interviewing, judgment, and evaluation skills β’ High attention to detail and operational rigor β’ Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities concurrently β’ Experience with ATS systems (Recruiterflow preferred) Company Overview β’ G2 Startup Advisors is a human resources consulting company that offers executive search, talent acquisition, and advisory services.
