Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Confidential is a law firm seeking an experienced virtual paralegal to support attorneys in a wide range of family law matters. This role involves providing high-quality support in cases related to divorce, custody, support, and post-judgment modifications while working remotely. Responsibilities • Collect, review, organize, collate, and index mandatory financial disclosures. • Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, declarations, and discovery responses. • Communicate effectively with clients. • Scheduling hearings and mediations Skills • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in family law • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive client matters with discretion • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage competing deadlines independently in a remote environment • Familiarity with family law–specific CRMs or tools (e.g., Family Law Software) Company Overview • Disclaimer : We are a community and job agrregator job board, where recruiters & job seekers as members connect for confidential and other roles.
