In this role, you will handle inbound calls for HVAC and plumbing companies, providing exceptional bilingual service and scheduling appointments using CRM technology. Responsibilities β€’ Answer inbound calls professionally for multiple established HVAC and plumbing service companies β€’ Schedule and coordinate service appointments using industry-leading Service Titan CRM software and Contact Center Pro β€’ Provide outstanding bilingual customer service in both English and Spanish to serve Southern California's diverse customer base β€’ Represent different company brands and geographic locations (San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire) with authentic local knowledge β€’ Handle customer inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service coordination for heating, cooling, and plumbing needs β€’ Maintain exceptional communication standards while seamlessly switching between multiple company identities β€’ Work flexible schedules including day shifts, evening shifts, and after-hours coverage to ensure 24/7 customer support β€’ Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and quality standards β€’ Collaborate effectively with a team of experienced agents and dispatchers in a fast-paced, professional environment Skills β€’ Minimum of 3 years of customer service or call center experience with proven track record β€’ Experience with CRM software systems, preferably Service Titan or similar appointment scheduling platforms β€’ Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and various shift times β€’ Excellent phone etiquette, professional demeanor, and strong verbal communication skills β€’ Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and customer satisfaction β€’ Comfortable working remotely while maintaining full integration with team operations and company systems β€’ Previous experience in service industries or appointment scheduling is highly valued Benefits β€’ HMO Coverage for eligible locations β€’ Permanent work-from-home β€’ Immediate hiring β€’ Steady freelance job Company Overview β€’ BruntWork builds cost-effective, efficient and scalable operational teams for businesses wanting to grow fast and effectively.
