As a Planning Project Coordinator, you'll play a crucial part in organizing and executing projects that align with organizational goals. Responsibilities β’ Lead the organization and accessibility of key resources within the FSO Product Library and FSO Hub. β’ Create visual representations of products and operations using project management tools. β’ Coordinate multimedia productions to celebrate team achievements and promote a positive work environment. β’ Support resource allocation for high-priority initiatives through continuous and annual planning efforts. β’ Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments to align objectives and achieve results. Skills β’ Proven experience in project management or a related field with 3-5 years of professional experience. β’ Strong proficiency in project management tools, including Airtable, Asana, and Jira. β’ Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. β’ Advanced proficiency in Google Suite applications for automation and collaboration. β’ Experience with multimedia and video editing software to enhance communication and engagement. β’ Familiarity with communication tools such as Slack and Zoom for effective cross-functional collaboration. β’ A proactive approach to problem-solving and the eagerness to embrace new responsibilities.
