- Maintain operational efficiency and delivery at the highest quality services to meet customer needs.
- Requirements
- Proficient understanding of HR/staffing practices such as onboarding, offboarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.
- Ability to actively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships.
- Results-oriented, hardworking, and have strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management.
- Minimum 2+ years of employee management experience in an onsite industrial/manufacturing environment.
