The role will lead the development of robust and localized brand & marketing initiatives to raise awareness of the Belmond global portfolio and advocate our differentiating identity of Slow Luxury. Responsibilities β€’ Ability to demonstrate Strategic Planning and Coordination Collaborate with Global Brand Marketing Communications teams to create and implement plans that increase awareness and drive outbound business from the USA β€’ Provide strategic and tactical support to maximize visibility for global activities that are relevant to American audiences β€’ Strengthen Belmond's presence in the USA through targeted marketing, brand management, and stakeholder engagement to drive growth and elevate the brand profile among US travellers β€’ Ability to Bring Source City Marketing to life Identify market opportunities and create a 360-source city marketing strategy β€’ Plan and execute micromarketing events and activations in key source cities to boost brand awareness, and create storytelling β€’ Introduce clientelling business opportunities for PCM and sales team, with agreed KPIs β€’ Brand and Product Communication Ensure brand messaging is consistent and resonates with target audiences in the USA β€’ Bring personal network in the USA and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, KOLs, and industry influencers to enhance brand presence in key markets β€’ Project Management Initiate, manage and execute multi-channel media campaigns (including paid media) targeting audiences to enhance awareness, foster engagement, and drive conversion β€’ Act as the liaison between global and local teams, offering strategic feedback β€’ Market Intelligence Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to provide insights that support commercial efforts β€’ Identify high-potential sectors and create 'USA-to-World' thought leadership β€’ Monitor business insights and travel trends to capitalize on opportunities β€’ Stakeholder Alignment Serve as the 'USA ambassador' to global teams, advocating for USA's perspective in global discussions β€’ Cultivate relationships and partnerships with LVMH Maisons, industry associations, research analytic, stakeholders, institutions and so on Skills β€’ Minimum of 10 years experience in Public Relations β€’ Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining communications strategies and social media marketing β€’ Excellent interpersonal, time management, and computer skills (emphasis on Microsoft Office products) β€’ Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text) presentation and communication skills β€’ Confident public speaker with an ability to professionally present and promote the brand and the organization β€’ Must be highly motivated, organized, detailed, customer oriented, positive, and a strong team player β€’ Must have the ability to work well under pressure and balance multiple projects simultaneously β€’ Willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally β€’ Strategic thinking β€’ Fostering creativity β€’ Brand building β€’ Collaborative mindset and influence β€’ Cultural sensitivity Education Requirements β€’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business or a related field Benefits β€’ Medical β€’ Dental β€’ Vision β€’ Disability β€’ Life insurance β€’ 401(k) retirement savings plan β€’ Paid vacation β€’ Holidays β€’ Complimentary and preferred rate experiences at our iconic destinations Company Overview β€’ A hotel and leisure company that operates luxury hotels, train services and river cruises.
