The role involves supporting cybersecurity initiatives by analyzing risks and aligning business and security requirements. Responsibilities • Analyzing cybersecurity risks • Aligning business and security requirements • Supporting the development of secure digital infrastructures in compliance with industry regulations Skills • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2+ years focused on cybersecurity. • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks. • Familiarity with Oil & Gas sector operations (upstream, midstream, or downstream). • Proficient in requirements gathering, process modeling (e.g., BPMN), and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a hybrid IT/OT security environment. • Experience working in industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, or OT cybersecurity is a strong advantage. Education Requirements • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
