The Care Companion will guide members through their family-forming journeys, offering support primarily via phone and email while ensuring outstanding customer service and addressing members' questions and concerns. Responsibilities β’ Provide outstanding customer service using excellent communication and empathy skills. β’ Effectively address members' questions and concerns, ensuring they receive the guidance they need. β’ Play a crucial role in shaping members' experience, helping them navigate and achieve their family-forming goals.
