Job Overview We are seeking a part-time contract, fee-for-service LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW to join a private practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health counseling services to teens and adults via Telehealth. Set your own schedule. Experience with neurodivergence, and/or trauma a plus. Duties β’ Conduct assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans. β’ Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and appropriately document in a timely manner (within 24 hours). β’ Work with various client populations, including but not limited to neurodivergent, trauma, chronic illness/pain, children, teens, adults, and various faiths and cultures. β’ Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards. β’ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. β’ Provide grief counseling to assist individuals coping with loss and bereavement. Skills β’ Strong background in mental health counseling with high ethical and quality standards. β’ Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. β’ Ability to both receive and provide feedback in a professional manner. β’ Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices. β’ Ability to communicate promptly and professionally both verbally and in writing. Requirements β’ Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Social Worker. β’ Ability to pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications β’ Preference strongly given to anyone willing to provide one day per week of in-person sessions in our Clewiston, Florida office, which would include seeing children, teens, and adults. β’ Preference given for experience with neurodivergence, trauma, substance use, or faith-based modalities/practices. β’ Bilingual.
