About the position BlazerWorks is seeking passionate ESL teachers for a remote, part-time position to support Trix Academy. This role allows educators to work from home while making a significant impact on K-12 students' growth and confidence. With a focus on English as a Second Language, teachers will utilize their state teaching license to inspire and educate students throughout the school year. Responsibilities • Teach English as a Second Language to K-12 students remotely. • Develop lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to students' needs. • Assess student progress and provide feedback to enhance learning outcomes. • Collaborate with other educators and staff to support student development. • Participate in professional development opportunities to improve teaching skills. Requirements • Minimum of 1+ years teaching experience required. • Must possess a Michigan State Teaching Certificate with endorsements for English as a Second Language.
