As a Field Representative, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, dealers, and OEM field staff, and driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Field Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Acting as the primary point of contact with OEM field staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Defining, clarifying, and communicating client specifications, needs, and changes to ensure effective solutions
- Maximizing DSG-related revenue opportunities within daily operations and programs
- Continuous education of OEM field staff and dealers on new products and program enhancements
- Serves as DSG product knowledge expert for dealers and OEM field staff, providing expert advice and guidance
- Researching competitor information for feedback to Client/Concentrix, identifying industry trends and compiling competitive analysis information
- Point person for rolling out new products and program enhancements to dealers and OEM field staff
- Supporting Field, Region, and National OEM meetings as primary DSG representative
- Supporting Dealer meetings (both group and individual)
- Focusing on dealer retention, conflict management, and building rapport with dealer and OEM field staff
- Closely coordinating with Sr. Manager and Team Lead to ensure effective team collaboration
- Working directly with DSG staff to coordinate future enrollment/sales opportunities
- Traveling as much as 50%-75% of the time (typically 3 out of 4 weeks per month), with a valid driver's license required
- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from an accredited four-year college or university
- Minimum 2 years prior sales experience, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals
- Automotive industry experience is required
- Ability to make effective, interesting, and persuasive speeches or presentations on complex topics
- Significant experience in the marketing services industry
- Proven sales process with the ability to overcome objections
- *Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- *Location and Work Environment**
This role is based in Arizona, Utah, or Nevada, with the option to work remotely. As a Field Representative, you'll be required to travel extensively, typically 3 out of 4 weeks per month. You'll need a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to travel to client meetings and events.
