*Hybrid remote- Monday and Friday trainings in office in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Tue, Wed, and Thurs you will be canvassing or work from home.**

Compensation: This is a fully commission role

Life, Accident, & Health required/ If not licensed we do help with that and fully train
Provide good customer service to maintain and retain clients.
Must have a means of transportation to the office in Rancho Cucamonga 2 or 3 days out the week
Bilingual - English/Spanish speaking - a plus
Expand customer base
High school Diploma or above ( Optional )
Successful track record No Felonies or Misdemeanor ( ON RECORD )
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Self-motivated

Ability to make presentations to potential customers/ Provide advice to clients and recommend insurance products

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Pay: $58,687.00 - $65,353.00 per year
