Cornerstone VNA is an independent company providing advanced care and specialized services through five distinct programs including Home Care, Hospice, Palliative Care, Private Duty, and Community Services. Serving more than 40 communities in NH and ME, our multidisciplinary team cares for patients of all ages, from birth through end of life.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Work at Home Data Capture Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately capturing and entering data into our system while working remotely. - Major Responsibilities:
