Position Summary:
The Remote Online Chat Support Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out through online chat. This role requires excellent written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a friendly, professional tone while providing timely support and information to clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat.
- Provide accurate information about pool maintenance services, scheduling, billing, and general pool care.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting minor issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer requests in the system.
