Sales, Customer Service & Production Assistant
Varied Role in a Small Decorative Lighting Manufacturing Company
We are a small, specialist lighting manufacturer looking for a flexible and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a varied role spanning sales, customer service and production support.
This position would suit a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a creative business or someone interested in pursuing a relevant apprenticeship. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Processing orders using Shopify and Xero
- Communicating directly with customers by telephone and email
- Welcoming and assisting customers in our showroom (full product training provided)
- Supporting purchasing activities and supplier communication
- Assisting with manufacturing and workshop tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, professional approach with excellent communication skills
- Someone who enjoys variety and can adapt to different tasks across the business
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- IT confidence – experience with Shopify or Xero is an advantage, but not essential
Hours: Minimum 25 hours per week, spread across 5 days (Monday-Friday), with flexibility for the right candidate
