Job Description
- Responsibilities:
- This is a hands-on role and will report to the Chief architecture.
- You will partner with the HR Operations team to develop an HR technology strategy that supports business strategies which include system implementations, business process design/redesign, vendor selection, change management, and current-state assessments of both a technical and functional nature
- Technical architect working with the workday platform.
- The Individual will work with enterprise architects and platform teams.
- Help drive definitions for data standards and residency inside Workday.
- Lead design and architecture for workday data usage; interfaces, reporting, etc ...
- Oversee day-to-day operations, tactical and strategic direction of Workday, Greenhouse, and other HR systems and integrations to support HR program
- Job can be 100% remote
- You will need to travel on occasion
- Requirements:
- You will need at least 5+ years' experience working in the Workday platform
